The vehicle servicing went as planned and I had reserved use of a loaner BMW for the day. Steve inspected the vehicle underside for signs of oil leakage, brake/tire wear and tear or evidence of damage. Upon arriving to pick up my X3, Alison, the customer service agent, went through the repairs, the invoice and also corrected the invoice (a cost reduction was due) to my benefit. Very thorough and pleasant site to use for service.

Great support and quality assessment of my service issues

I like that the technicians can share video of the car and what they find wrong in addition to a routine oil change. I would like to see them add work cubicles for customers if they don’t have a loaner car available.

This is a very good BMW service center. I have been stranded twice along I 95 over the last several years, and BMW of North Haven has taken very good care of me both times turning the car around in a short period of time. They did excellent work and the staff was extremely courteous.

I had a need for a service diagnostic for loss of engine performance at low rpm and check engine light. BMW of North Haven was professional, communicated necessary updates, and found several important causes (DISA valve, vacuum leak, axle etc). Their diagnostic reports included photos and videos that made clear the problems and recommended actions to take. When I picked up my car, the shop manager was on hand to answer questions I had about the findings. Top notch service, and great snacks in the waiting room too!

I dropped my 2007 BMW 530xi for a recall repair . I was provided a brand new BMW model 4 electric sedan which was a spectacular vehicle (a loaner). The entire staff were professional, polite and very thorough. While my vehicle was in the shop they provided me with a list of all the service items that needed attention. Kristy , my service provider was a pleasure to deal with . She actually went out of her way , along with her manager , to help me pair my new Apple phone to my vehicle .
