I just came in to look around and see what was available. Jimmie was patient, explaining all the different models and helping me with several test drives. I felt completely at ease working with Jimmie, and his professionalism was truly impressive. I was surprised to sign a deal that day!

After visiting several dealerships and dealing with some disappointing customer service, I found the BMW I had been looking for at BMW of North Haven. From the moment I arrived, Brandon made the entire experience enjoyable. I already knew exactly which car I wanted, but Brandon was professional, personable, and never made me feel pressured. Every time I’ve gone for any type of service at BMW of North Haven it has been done with excellence. The service professionals are friendly, courteous and customer service oriented, which is what you want to see. They always do a great job!

He was honest, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared more about helping us make the right decision than making a sale. Every conversation felt authentic. Then came Nick in Finance. Nick has over 30 years of experience, and it showed. Couldn’t be happier. Ran into a scheduling issue where my 750i wasn’t going to be done in time for a family road trip, Todd the service manager suggested I just take a loaner and not rush the repair. Great communication, car was clean when I got it back. 10/10.

Service is always exceptional here. The service advisor walks you through every step, from dropoff and what to expect through detailing and pickup. There is a quiet nook where I was able to take a quick Teams meeting during my wait!

My last stop was with Crystal in finance, and she was just as great to work with. BMW of North Haven was fantastic. Scheduling was convenient and accommodating. The thoroughness of the inspection and work done was superior. At each step I received texts with the inspection video and report, status of work being done, and summary of findings and the outcome of work done. The waiting area was comfortable and refreshments readily available. Overall, I was impressed with the high customer sensitivity and touch by all the staff. Problem with loaner quickly solved to meet my needs

A very welcoming team, good inventory, Brandon is great and knows his stuff! He helped me find my car a certified pre-owned BMW X3 and I am so happy with it! Overall process was easy and painless with great service from everyone in the store. Would do business with again.

Never have I experienced service dept as consistent, knowledgeable, professional, and personable as this. Whatever extra costs that come with owning a BMW (beside the fact that they are great) this dealership from sales to service easily makes up for it.

Service was great. Prices were not. Chat GPT TOLD ME THEY WERE THREE TO FOUR TOMES HIGER THAN AT COMPARABLE places for same model and year auto.
