Had a great experience purchasing my BMW M2 here. I worked with Raja, who was an excellent client advisor throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about BMWs and the specific car I was interested in, and he made the whole experience easy and straightforward. I really appreciated how helpful and professional he was.
Everyone was pleasant and professional. Our vehicle was meticulously detailed prior to pickup. I won't pretend to know wether the price was good or not, but the process was less painful than most expect when buying a car.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was totally blown away with their. Professionalism and attention to detail every step of the way with my service sppintment. This is the way all dealerships should treat their customers.
Everyone there was very nice to deal with. A few areas to improve:
1. Check in took 30 minutes and all I was doing was dropping the car off for a new tire.
2. It took half a day to get the warranty for said tire approved so I was without a car for a full day.

The entire staff at BMW of North Haven are to be commended for their commitment to customer satisfaction. This culture is palpable, emulating from the GM- Chandra- to all of the front line staff who greet you the minute you step into the facility. For the past two days I have been in their show room for over two hours and in their service department for less than 20 minutes. But in both environments, the reception was the same- knowledgeable , genuine, and inviting. Special cudos to Tayron, Ben, Diane, and Basel.

I recently visited the Service Department at BMW of North Haven. My initial experience was not what I expected, and as a result, my first review reflected my disappointment.
However, since leaving, I have received calls from the General Manager personally expressing concern about my comments and, more importantly, taking steps to address my concerns.
I truly appreciate the effort being made to listen, communicate, and work toward making things right. I’m happy to know that my concerns are being taken seriously, and I look forward to sharing more positive comments and ratings as my experience continues.

BMW of North Haven was fantastic. Scheduling was convenient and accommodating. The thoroughness of the inspection and work done was superior. At each step I received texts with the inspection video and report, status of work being done, and summary of findings and the outcome of work done. The waiting area was comfortable and refreshments readily available. Overall, I was impressed with the high customer sensitivity and touch by all the staff. A very welcoming team, good inventory, Brandon is great and knows his stuff! He helped me find my car a certified pre-owned BMW X3 and I am so happy with it! Overall process was easy and painless with great service from everyone in the store. Would do business with again.
