In this age of robot menus and chats that never have a choice that includes my reason for calling, this experience reinforces the importance of real humans. Service was great. Prices were not. Chat GPT TOLD ME THEY WERE THREE TO FOUR TOMES HIGER THAN AT COMPARABLE places for same model and year auto.
It wasn’t a super personable experience, but it was efficient. Expected a little bit more of a library feel in the waiting room, and got random retail store breakroom vibes instead. The staff are nice, the service advisors are thorough, and the technicians are sound. Loaners come and go but the service advisor is quick to get you into one as soon as one becomes available. Probably will stick to indie shops from now on for jobs that BMW typically charges exorbitant rates for. Nothing personal.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had… I talked to them ahead of time, sent them a few documents, showed up, signed papers, and drove home in a beautiful convertible with great service.
Service was fine. All my questions were answered. However I did not appreciate getting a text from someone who said his/her/their name was Taylor and was from BMW and was interested in texting me an offer because they were interested in buying the car. Everyone was exceptional in every way! I was reluctant to move from the Audi Family to the BMW Family but Jimmie and his team made it so easy for me. Very happy customer!
This was my first visit in over 20+ years from when I had a 323i convertible. They had a shuttle to pick me up and drop me off. They had a driver who was very nice and personable. Oraine was my service advisor and went through everything throughly. I had my olio changed and some other incidentals checked out. I found the video log very informative and helpful to understand what additional work was needed for my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service work and with Oraine going through the intake process with me.
Sale's representative Ravi was great, But the dealership is not the best considering I put $12,000 down payment on a car and I was given a one key. And when I request another key because the key that I was given was in function incorrectly, my request was being taken for granted ignored, and I was given the runaround by Tayron the Service manager. I will not purchase here again, this is supposed to be a BMW dealership who wants me to Purchase another key extremely unreasonable

The first time we stopped in, we were just browsing and trying to figure out what we wanted in our next vehicle. Branden was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. He gave us the space to look around and explore our options, which we really appreciated.

I received great service at North Haven BMW, We received a recall on our car, they not only notified us about the recall, they had us set up with an appointment the following week. They took care of the recall looked over the car while they had it on the lift let us know what was needed, washed the car and sent us on our way. Top notch service with a smile. Called BMW for a windshield trim that came loose on my X5M at 11am. Mike told me to come right down and a tech can assess for fix or replacement. All said and done, it needed replacement. Service was great. I’m going away. I need an oil change before I go and they were able to fit me in and I waited in two hours. They did oil change in front brakes for me and everything went smooth and quickly. It’s a great dealership.
A 9-hour wait for a routine oil change is unreasonable, especially considering that I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance.

So half of my concerns were addressed. Went elsewhere to address other issues. However, I will return for service again in the very near future.
