My experience with BMW North Haven was comfortable and efficient. No unnecessary posturing. Pierre made me feel very welcome. Previous unhappy experiences with two other locations (in MA.) left me doubting the purchasing experience. Will absolutely return when it is time to upgrade. Thank you team.
My experience so far has been excellent from the sales to the service. They are efficient, know their cars well and provide attentive individualized service. After my initial purchase I was given the opportunity to go over all the functions and technology of the car again. This was perfect timing to review this after driving it for several weeks. There are always more things to learn. I loved that opportunity. Great idea! The sale associate was just the best. Loved working with her. My experience with the service has been exceptional as well. They shuttled me back and forth when I had no way to get home during a recent service call and I live almost 20 miles away. Very happy with my car and glad I bought a BMW all around.
replaced turbo on 528i. nice loaner car for a week while parts and work was being done. my car looked like new when finished. kudos to the detailing crew!
After suffering through almost a decade of problems at New Country BMW (three leased cars and two purchases each with its own set of aggravations), we landed at North Haven. We had a positive buying experience with Rick. And we saved a good deal of money in the process. So even though we almost have to drive past New Country to get there, the buying experience at North Haven made the extra travel time more than worthwhile.
