As a new owner of a CPO M235i xDrive which required service, my experience with BMW of North Haven was excellent. Jerry, the Service Advisor was great as was the entire Service Team. The technician who serviced my car, which required a significant part replacement, advised me on what the situation was, how it was diagnosed, etc. I will be using the BMW of North Haven for future service and down the road, the purchase of my 7th BMW. I recently had an issue with a noise when the air conditioner was on. Scheduled the appointment online. A quick email confirmed the appointment. Dropped the car off and was called early in the day to let me know the noise had been diagnosed and the compressor needed to be replaced. The service writer asked if it was ok to keep the car overnight. The car was ready when promised and the repair was covered under the CPO warranty. Very professional and courteous staff. I have had several recalls completed here and all were handled in the same professional and courteous manner.

With very mix feelings on making a new purchase on a preowned vehicle with fear of the unknown took the leap . From information online with quick email . Everyone was very friendly and answered all of ours questions. Taken the time to go the extra mile it all made a huge difference and I am grateful. Thank you for Chris to Ben and the owner for being patient with me . To everyone who were so down to earth thank you for making my family and I feel welcomed and going the extra mile with personal touch definitely added bonus !August,17,2018 was the purchased date . Update..Been just over 60 days and Love the car ! Downside is the service department needs improvements on both extended warranty for non used BMW automotive cars that they sale on information and their lack of personal skills .
