Utilize Our No-Contact Service in 6 Easy Steps

Arrive For Service


When you arrive at our Service Drive, you will be directed to drive your vehicle into our service drive through. A Service Advisor will greet you with appropriate safety equipment and attire to ensure a No-Contact experience. We’ll warmly welcome you with a smile but will refrain from shaking your hand. We’ll practice appropriate social distancing and guide you on the next steps.

Remain in Your Vehicle While We Check You In

Our Service Advisor will ask you to remain in your vehicle while we check you in. We will then ask you to step out so we can disinfect and install steering wheel covers and seat covers. We will ask you to remain 6-feet away from your Advisor while they do a vehicle walk around and then your vehicle will be driven away for further disinfecting.

Review & Confirm Servicing Needs


While we disinfect your vehicle, our team will review and confirm your servicing needs. Any additional paperwork will be signed by you at this time. A fully sanitized courtesy loaner vehicle will be provided and conveniently parked right outside our service drive area for you.

Remotely Review Recommended Work and Check Out

After our technicians diagnose your vehicle, your Service Advisor will email and call you to remotely review your service proposal. You will have the ability to approve this work remotely and pay remotely. Your Service Advisor will make sure the work is completed in a timely fashion and call you when it’s ready to be picked up. Before you arrive, your Service Advisor will review the Pick Up process.

Picking Up Your Vehicle

Before you are on your way, your vehicle will have gone through a complete disinfecting process on the interior and exterior. Your keys will be disinfected and placed into a labeled baggie. Upon arrival, you will be directed to drop off your courtesy loaner vehicle in our service drive. Our team will be ready to meet you and hand over the keys to your vehicle, which we will direct you over to.

Without ever stepping foot in the dealership, we are ensuring your comfort and safety during this entire process, as this is our top priority. We want customers to have peace of mind that their vehicle was serviced by professionals who have their safety in mind throughout the entire visit. Rest assured that all precautionary measures were taken during your time spent in our service department.
