Meet Our General Sales Manager: Arlinda Selimaj

Meet Arlinda Selimaj, General Sales Manager of Mauro Motors BMW North Haven. Arlinda grew up in the Bronx, and comes to North Haven every day from Putnam, NY. Arlinda likes to hit the beach when she’s not at work, most recently spending some time living the island life in Bermuda and Key West, and drives an X5 when she’s back in the northeast, but “the M3, though, that’s my car.” She says it’s the people here who have kept her looking forward to coming in every day. 

“We have such a great team, and everybody works to help each other out.” 

Arlinda has multiple competencies after working everything from reception to accounting and sales since beginning in the auto industry and adds the unique skill of speaking fluent Albanian. 

“We talk about this all the time,” she says. “But we focus on having a welcoming atmosphere here.” She tells us Albanian-speaking clients will come to North Haven from as far as New York and across the Sound in Long Island to have a comfortable experience shopping for a new BMW, whether it’s a sporty Z4 or roomy X7.
