Meet our New Sales Manager: Michelle Gioia

Meet Michelle Gioia

We’re happy to introduce you to Michelle Gioia, our new Sales Manager at BMW of North Haven. Michelle comes to us with over seven years experience in the auto industry, starting in sales, where she became salesperson of the year before moving on to earning BDC and finance managerial positions. Her educational background is in communications and business management at university in Philippines, where she took some time off from the U.S. auto industry to be with family before returning to the business where she’d found so much success.
“I was originally introduced to Mauro Motors over a year before I came here, and wanted to be involved because of the culture, vision, and process here,” she tells us. “It was immediately apparent there was a place for women in management roles here, which is significant in the auto industry, and real room for growth.”
Michelle is a Trumbull resident who has spent most of her life in Fairfield County with her husband and three children, the oldest of whom is set to be the youngest in his class in flight school.
“I want people to have an enjoyable experience here and get all the information they need to find the perfect car for them, not a lot of waiting,” Michelle says. “If people have that relaxed experience they want to come back, and that’s how you build relationships that span more than the time they own one car. I like to be present.”
